This is without a doubt the best vitamin that I have ever taken. The only thing that is not very appealing to me is having to take 3 – 4 a day but I feel better than I have in a long time so it is worth it for me. This is a wonderful vitamin and I do not see me changing around to find the best vitamin anymore. This is it!

I have been taking Life Essence after a nurse practitioner recommended the brand. I am very happy with the supplement and it has a great ratio of vitamins and minerals, especially for women with stress. Great product!

I use these pills over any other, how much do you pee out. Probably a lot. So lower the recommended dosage. Take two or 3 a day. That’s good enough. They break down perfectly, (put one in vinager for 10 minutes, as that similates your stomach acid) and it turns to liquid nicely, ensuring that you are getting as much as you can. Has more stuff than it needs which is greatly welcomed. I use these when I’m not home. And at home I have Active Liquid Minerals, which is harder to carry as it needs refridgerations

this provides everything we need to supplement our vegetarian/vegan diet, and is easily digestible (no malodorous side effects). A little pricey, and I don’t think we ever remember the full recommended doseage (two in the morning, one each with lunch and dinner) but I’ve noticed more energy and my skin, hair and nails seem healthier.

These vitamins are great! It is required that you take 4 daily. They are tablets. The ingredients are outstanding! I have compared many other (natural) brand vitamins and have not found another brand that offers the list of ingredients these provide. The ingredients are categorized as minerals, bioflavonoids, superfoods,plant enzymes, herbal extracts, co-nutrients, anti-oxidants, and phyto-nutrients.
